IP Violation and Removal Policy

  • Operational Day: Business days excluding weekends.
  • Violation Material: Content claimed to infringe Intellectual Property Rights.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: All forms of registered and unregistered global intellectual property.
  • Notification: A report of alleged violation.

2. Notification and Removal Process respects IP rights and provides a process for addressing alleged violations.

3. Notification Procedure

  • Your contact details.
  • A description of the alleged violation with evidence.
  • Proof of your IP ownership or the authority to report.

Notifications will be acknowledged within 7 Operational Days.

4. Evaluation and Removal will assess the claim and, if credible, remove the material temporarily pending further investigation. The outcome will be communicated to the notifier.

5. Resolution of Complaints

Possible resolutions include:

  • Maintaining the content if no violation is found.
  • Altering or permanently removing the violating material.
  • Arranging licensing agreements if applicable.

Unresolved complaints may lead to indefinite removal of the material or legal action.
