ArtsyDee Licence Agreement & Terms of Use
The following License Terms govern the use of digital content (“Items”) from ArtsyDee.com. By downloading, purchasing, or using an Item, you agree to these terms.
- Purpose: Items are for your own personal, educational and creative use — and for the physical things you make by hand with them.
- Handmade items: You may sell physical items you make by hand using an Item — paintings, journals, cards, framed pieces and the like — including at markets, craft fairs and fundraisers. You are selling your own handiwork, not my file.
- Group and classroom use: With the free printables, a teacher or group leader may print as many copies as their own class or group needs — just don’t share the file itself, and please leave the artsydee.com line on the page. For a paid product, one purchase covers one household; a class, church group or workshop needs a Group Licence (£25 per kit, covering up to 50 people in one group) — you can buy one here, then tell me which kit and I’ll send it over (or email info@artsydee.com and I’ll set one up for you).
- Restrictions: You may not resell, share, redistribute or sublicense the Items themselves, or repackage them — modified or unmodified — into a digital product, template pack or kit of your own.
- Selling at scale: Print-on-demand, or selling digital products made from the Items, needs a separate commercial licence. Email info@artsydee.com and I’ll send you the terms.
- Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Items for your own creative purposes, including the handmade items described above.
- Warranty: Items are provided “as is” without any warranty. ArtsyDee.com is not responsible for the quality, performance, or any risk associated with the use of Items.
- Policy Changes: ArtsyDee.com reserves the right to modify these terms.
