ArtsyDee Licence Agreement & Terms of Use
The following License Terms govern the use of digital content (“Items”) from ArtsyDee.com. By downloading, purchasing, or using an Item, you agree to these terms.
- Purpose: Items are for your own personal, educational and creative use — and for the physical things you make by hand with them.
- Handmade items: You may sell physical items you make by hand using an Item — paintings, journals, cards, framed pieces and the like — including at markets, craft fairs and fundraisers. You are selling your own handiwork, not my file.
- Group and classroom use: With the free printables, a teacher or group leader may print as many copies as their own class or group needs — just don’t share the file itself, and please leave the artsydee.com line on the page. For a paid product, one purchase covers one household; a class, church group or workshop needs a Group Licence (£25 per kit, covering up to 50 people in one group) — you can buy one here, then tell me which kit and I’ll send it over (or email info@artsydee.com and I’ll set one up for you).
- Restrictions: You may not resell, share, redistribute or sublicense the Items themselves, or repackage them — modified or unmodified — into a digital product, template pack or kit of your own.
- Selling at scale: Print-on-demand, or selling digital products made from the Items, needs a separate commercial licence. Email info@artsydee.com and I’ll send you the terms.
- Creative Vault: Creative Vault members have the separate commercial licence mentioned above. While your membership is active you may use the designs to make your own finished products and sell them, in any quantity, in your own shop (Etsy, Payhip, Shopify, your website), at craft fairs and markets, and through print-on-demand, including digital products made from the designs. Running your own workshops, classes and craft groups is also included, so you do not need a Group Licence. You may not resell, share or give away the original design files themselves (the raw templates, PNGs or kits). Products you made and listed while you were a member stay licensed, but you cannot download or use new designs once your membership ends. The Artsydee Creations Club and one-off purchases stay under the terms above, including selling what you make by hand. Full details are on the Creative Vault page.
- Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Items for your own creative purposes, including the handmade items described above.
- Warranty: Items are provided “as is” without any warranty. ArtsyDee.com is not responsible for the quality, performance, or any risk associated with the use of Items.
- Policy Changes: ArtsyDee.com reserves the right to modify these terms.
