🛍️ I bought a single printable or product
When you buy a one-off product (a template set, a kit, an ebook), Payhip emails you a receipt with your download link the moment you pay.
- Check your inbox for an email from Payhip with the subject line about your order — your download button is right inside it. Peek in your spam or promotions folder too, just in case it slipped in there.
- Lost the email? No problem. You can log back in and grab your downloads any time from your Payhip buyer portal: payhip.com/customer/login. Use the same email address you bought with, and it’ll show you everything you’ve ordered.
🎨 I’m an Artsydee Creations Club member
Your membership is a little different from a one-off purchase. Your weekly kits and the full back-catalogue don’t come as one big download — they live in your member dashboard, ready whenever you want them.
- The quickest way in: open any of your weekly member emails from me and click the button that takes you to your dashboard. That drops you straight onto the latest kit.
- Or log in directly here: payhip.com/customer/login with the email address you joined with (that login page looks like a sign-up box, but it isn’t — type the email you bought with and Payhip emails you a one-click sign-in link, no password needed), then open your Creations Club membership.
- Where the goodies live: your newest kit sits at the top, and every past release is in the archive below it — scroll down and it’s all there to download, as many times as you like.
Seeing an old kit instead of this week’s? That’s almost always your browser showing a saved page — refresh it, or re-open the link from your most recent member email, and the newest one will appear.

- Check your delivery email. When you sign up for a freebie, I send it straight to your inbox with the download link inside. Give it a couple of minutes to arrive, and do check your spam or promotions folder — free downloads love to hide there.

Frequently asked questions
How do I re-download something I bought a while ago?
Log in to your Payhip buyer portal at payhip.com/customer/login using the email you bought with. All of your past purchases are there, ready to download again — you never pay twice.
Where are my weekly Creations Club kits?
They live in your member dashboard, not in a single download. Click the dashboard button in any of your weekly member emails, or log in at payhip.com/customer/login and open your Creations Club membership. The newest kit is at the top and the whole archive is underneath.
I keep getting the old files instead of this week’s kit
This is nearly always your browser showing a saved (cached) version of the page. Refresh the page, or open the dashboard link fresh from your most recent member email, and the latest kit will load. If it still won’t update, email me at info@artsydee.com and I’ll check it from my side.
My freebie email never arrived — what now?
Give it a few minutes, then check your spam and promotions folders, as free downloads often land there. Many freebies are also in the free printables library so you can grab them again. Still stuck? Email me and I’ll send it straight over.
I used a different email by mistake — can you still find my order?
Yes! Just email me at info@artsydee.com with the name of the product and any email addresses you might have used, and I’ll track your purchase down and make sure you get your files.
How do I cancel my Creations Club membership?
Log in at payhip.com/customer/login with the email you joined with, open Subscriptions, and choose Cancel — you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. If the page won’t play ball, just email me at info@artsydee.com and I’ll cancel it from my side the same day, no questions asked.
