Trouble downloading? Here’s the 30-second fix

Having trouble getting one of my free printables? Nine times out of ten it’s one of these four things, and they all take about thirty seconds to sort out.

1. Tap a choice on the privacy box first

When you land on the site you’ll see a grey box asking about cookies and privacy. Until you tap a choice on it — Accept all is fine, or use Settings if you’d rather pick — that box sits on top of the page and the signup form underneath it won’t respond. You can type, you can tap Subscribe, and nothing happens.

So: tap the privacy box first, then fill in the form. It only asks once per device. I know it’s annoying — it’s a legal requirement that comes with the ads, and those ads are what keep all these printables free.

2. Download right there on the page

Once you pop your email in and hit Subscribe, the form itself changes into a little message with a download button right there on the page. You don’t have to wait for anything — just tap it and the printable comes straight down.

3. Check your inbox — and your spam folder

I email you a copy too, so you always have one. It usually lands within a minute or two. If it’s not there, have a look in spam, promotions or junk — that’s where it hides most often. Adding info@artsydee.com to your contacts stops that happening again.

One thing worth knowing: if you’re already on my email list, the system sometimes decides you’ve had that particular freebie before and quietly skips the email. That’s exactly why the download button on the page matters — grab it there and you’re sorted either way.

4. Still stuck? Just ask me

If you’ve tried all that and it still won’t play, email me at info@artsydee.com and tell me which printable you were after. I’ll send the file straight to you myself. No forms, no hoops — I’d much rather you had the thing than fought with my website.

And if the page did something odd, telling me what you were using (phone or laptop, which browser) helps me fix it for the next person. Thank you for bearing with me.
