Hello lovely! Signed up for a freebie and it hasn’t turned up, or not sure how to print it? You’re in the right place. Most of these take less than a minute to fix. Tap the bit that sounds like you:
- 💌 My freebie never arrived

- 🤍 Still stuck
💌 My freebie never arrived
- Give it a few minutes. It comes from info@artsydee.com and usually lands within a few minutes.
- Check Spam, Junk and Promotions. Gmail loves hiding freebies in the Promotions tab. Or simply search your email for “Artsydee”.
- Look on the page you signed up on. Lots of my freebie pages show a download button straight after you press Subscribe, so you might not need the email at all.
- Save me as a contact. Adding info@artsydee.com to your contacts stops future freebies going astray.
🔁 I’ve signed up before
- Each freebie is sent once per email address. If you’ve asked for this one before, the system won’t send it again. Search your inbox for my earlier email, because the download link in it still works.
- Use the same email you signed up with. If you have more than one address, check them all (a work or old email is often the culprit).
- Asked for two or three freebies and only one came? If you’re already on my list, the system sometimes thinks you’ve had one before and quietly skips it. It isn’t you! Just reply to any of my emails, tell me which ones you wanted, and I’ll send them over.
📱 Downloading on a phone or a computer
- On a computer: click the download button in the email. The file goes to your Downloads folder. Open it from there and print.
- On an iPhone or iPad: tap the button, then tap the share icon and choose Save to Files. You’ll find it in the Files app, usually in Downloads.
- On Android: tap the button and it saves to your Downloads folder. Open the Files app to find it.
- Got a zip? On iPhone or iPad, tap it in Files and it unzips into a folder. On Android, tap Extract. On a Mac, double-click it. On Windows, right-click and choose Extract All.
- Tip: it’s often easiest to forward the email to yourself and open it on the computer that’s connected to your printer.
📄 PDF or PNG?
- The PDF has every page in one file. Open it and press print. This is the easy one for most people.
- PNGs are each page as its own picture file. They’re handy for printing just one page, or for using in Procreate or Canva.
🖨️ Printing it
- My printables are A4. On A4 paper, print at 100% (sometimes called “Actual size”).
- Using US Letter? Choose “Fit to page” (or “Scale to fit”) in the print box. It shrinks the page a tiny bit so nothing gets cut off.
- For painting: use watercolour paper or a smooth mixed-media card. Here’s how I print templates on watercolour paper without jamming the printer.
- For colouring, collage and journal pages: ordinary printer paper is lovely. A slightly thicker paper, around 120–160gsm, feels nicer and copes better with pens and a little water. Check the heaviest paper your printer can take first.
- No printer? No problem. Pop the file on a USB stick or email it to your local print shop, or ask at your library. Most can print A4 for you while you wait.
🎨 Can I sell what I make?
- Yes, if you made it by hand. My printables are for your own personal, educational and creative use, and for the physical things you make by hand with them. You may sell paintings, journals, cards, framed pieces and the like, including at markets, craft fairs and fundraisers. You’re selling your own handiwork, not my file.
- Teachers and group leaders: with the free printables, you may print as many copies as your own class or group needs. Just don’t share the file itself, and please leave the artsydee.com line on the page.
- Please don’t resell, share or give away the files themselves, or repackage them into a digital product, template pack or kit of your own.
- Print-on-demand, or selling digital products made from my designs, needs a separate commercial licence. That licence comes with The Creative Vault, or email me and I’ll send you the terms.
The full details are in my licence and terms of use.
