Eight weeks. One wonky, wonderful painting on your fridge.
Term One is under way.
Term Two starts Monday 11 January. Doors open a week before.
Here’s the honest truth I keep coming back to after years of teaching: the wonky paintings are the ones with heart. The wobbly stems, the petals that ran a little, the sky that dried funny — that’s where the magic lives.
So I’m finally opening a proper little school. The Artsydee School of Wonky Watercolour is my first-ever taught term — eight gentle, genuinely fun weeks of painting together, taught by me, at a pace that fits around real life.
Term One is under way. The doors shut the evening before we began, so that we all set off together rather than trickling in. Term Two starts on Monday 11 January, and the doors open a week before — the waitlist hears first and picks first. The founding cohort keeps the founding rate for every term after this one.
Doors open again for Term Two
Term One is under way and its doors are closed while we paint our way through it together. Term Two starts on Monday 11 January and the doors open a week before — pop your name below and you will be the first to hear, because the waitlist hears first and picks first.

How a term works
A video every Monday
A cozy little lesson lands in your inbox to kick off the week.
Pages you print at home
Templates and outlines, ready on your own printer. Nothing fancy needed.
A tiny weekly play
One small, low-pressure painting to try each week. Wonky wholeheartedly encouraged.
An end-of-term exhibition
We celebrate everyone's paintings at week eight. Fridge-worthy, all of it.
Painted at my kitchen table — this is the style we’ll paint together.

The founding cohort. Term One is a small, deliberate beginning — and the founding cohort keeps the founding rate for every term that follows.
A few quick questions
When is the next term?
Term One began on Monday 21 September 2026 and runs for eight painting weeks. Its doors are closed now, so that we all paint through the term together. Term Two starts on Monday 11 January 2027. The doors open a week before, and the waitlist hears first and picks first — add your name above.
What do I need?
Not much — a basic set of watercolours, a couple of brushes, some paper and a willingness to make happy mistakes. I'll share a simple supply list well before we begin, and nothing on it is fancy or expensive.
What does it cost?
Tuition for Term Two is announced when the doors open — the waitlist hears it first. The founding cohort keeps the founding rate for every term after this one. Whenever you join, there is a full refund any time before Week 2: no form to fill in and no reasons to give.
