Is there a free rose sample I can try first?

Do I need to know how to draw to use these rose outlines?
Not at all — that's exactly why these outlines exist. The drawing is already done for you, so you can skip straight to the fun part of adding colour. It's a lovely way to build confidence before you tackle a rose freehand.
Can I print the rose templates at home?
Yes, they're made to print on a standard home printer. For painting, print onto watercolor paper of at least 140lb (300gsm) so it can handle the water without buckling. If your printer won't take thick paper, print on regular paper and use it as a tracing guide instead.
Will these work on an iPad without Procreate?
They will — any app that lets you work in layers will do the job. Drop the outline onto its own layer, lower the opacity, and paint over it just like tracing. Procreate is popular, but the same idea works in most digital art apps.
Can I sell paintings I make from these templates?
You're welcome to sell the finished physical paintings you create by hand — those are your own artwork.
