Frequently Asked Questions

What is a vision board and how does it actually help?

A vision board is a visual collage of the goals, feelings, and experiences you want to bring into your life. It helps by keeping those dreams in front of you every day, so your brain stays tuned to opportunities that move you toward them. Think of it as a gentle daily reminder of what matters to you — part motivation, part creative fun.

Can I make a digital vision board instead of a physical one?

Yes, and it works beautifully. Drop these printable photos into an app like Canva, Procreate, or even your phone's photo collage tool and arrange them however you like. A digital board makes a lovely phone or laptop wallpaper, so your goals travel everywhere you go. You can always print your favourite layout later if you want a physical copy too.

What size should I print the photos, and do they need special paper?

Regular printer paper is completely fine — no special paper needed. Print at 100% for the sizes as-is, or scale the pages down if you want smaller cutouts to fit more onto a poster board. If your printer has a "fit to page" option, that's an easy way to adjust. Cardstock is a nice upgrade if you want sturdier pieces, but it's optional.

Do I have to make my vision board in January, or can I start anytime?

Anytime works. New Year is popular because it feels like a fresh start, but a vision board is just as powerful in June or on a random rainy Tuesday. Birthdays, new seasons, or the start of a big project are all great moments to make one. The best time is simply whenever you feel ready to get clear on what you want.
